PRESIDENTIAL CITATION AWARD FOR 2004-2005

The Presidential Citation is an achievement that can be earned by each club in Rotary International. Each year, the incoming Rotary International President selects several requirements, often coinciding with the Four Avenues of Service. Each club is challenged to complete the designated number of requirements by a specified date of that Rotary year. The club president fills out the certification or completion form as soon as their club has fulfilled the requirements for that year. The form is to be sent to the local District Governor.
